The turn around time is the maximum time it will take us to get an appraisal back to the loan officer once the inspection has taken place. Most appraisals are completed and returned to the loan officer on the same day of the inspection. Only in extreme cases will it take us more than 24-48hrs to get an order back once we have inspected it and in such a case we will always call the loan officer and let them know about the delay.
